# Strategies & Insights

The Strategies tab in the Strategy Room collects all AI-generated strategies and insights in one searchable place. These strategies help you turn data into action.

## How Strategies Are Created

Strategies are generated by AI based on:

* **Local events** - Click "Generate Strategy" on any event
* **Industry trends** - Insights derived from news and market data
* **Competitive analysis** - Recommendations based on your competitor landscape

## Viewing Strategies

### Search

Use the search bar to find strategies by keyword. This is especially useful as your strategy collection grows over time.

### View Modes

Toggle between:

* **Card view** - Visual cards with strategy summaries
* **Table view** - Compact rows for scanning many strategies quickly

### Strategy Details

Each strategy includes:

| Field        | Description                              |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| Title        | Brief summary of the strategy            |
| Description  | Detailed explanation and recommendations |
| Tags         | Categories for easy filtering            |
| Created date | When the strategy was generated          |

## Types of Strategies

### Event-Based Strategies

Generated from the Local Events tab, these strategies help you capitalize on specific upcoming events:

* Promotional ideas tied to the event
* Content suggestions and social media angles
* Timing recommendations for maximum impact

### Growth Strategies

Broader strategic recommendations for growing your business:

* Market positioning improvements
* Content strategy adjustments
* Competitive differentiation ideas

### Industry-Driven Insights

Strategies informed by industry news and trends:

* How to respond to industry shifts
* Opportunities created by market changes
* Defensive moves against competitive threats

## Acting on Strategies

### Evaluate Each Strategy

For each strategy, ask:

1. Does this fit my business goals right now?
2. Do I have the resources to implement it?
3. Is the timing right?
4. What's the expected impact?

**Start small.** Pick one strategy per week to implement rather than trying to do everything at once.
