### How is Storescribe different from other marketing tools?

Unlike tools that require you to do all the work, Storescribe does the heavy lifting automatically. Content is AI-generated daily, competitors are monitored continuously, and insights are delivered to your inbox. Your only required action is a quick daily review (about 30 seconds).

## Getting Started

### How do I create an account?

### How long is the free trial?

The free trial is 7 days with full access to all features (equivalent to the Standard plan). No credit card required to start.

### What information do I need to set up my business?

You'll need your business name, address, business category (NAICS code), and ideally your website URL. The more you provide, the better Storescribe can personalize your experience.

### Can I retake the onboarding tour?

Yes! Click your name in the sidebar footer and select **Take the Tour** to revisit the guided walkthrough at any time.

### How does the content generation work?

Storescribe's AI automatically generates social media content for your business daily, based on your brand voice, industry, and content strategy. Content appears in your Daily Feed for review. You save, remix, or approve it, then post to your social channels.

### What content types does Storescribe generate?

Primarily social media posts optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Content is generated from industry-specific templates and tailored to your brand voice.

### How many competitors can I track?

## Content

### Do I need to write my own content?

No! Storescribe generates content automatically. You review it in the Daily Feed and approve, save, or remix. You can add a personal touch before posting, but the AI does the heavy lifting.

### How do I post content to social media?

Currently, Storescribe generates ready-to-post content that you copy and paste to your social channels. Use the copy button on any content card for one-click copying. Direct social media integrations are planned for the future.

### What is the Content Calendar?

### How do I change my password?

### How do I update my business information?

### Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to Settings > Profile and update your email. You'll need to verify the new address.

## Technical Issues

### Why can't I log in?

Common solutions:

1. Check your email and password are correct
2. Try the "Forgot Password" option
3. Clear browser cache
4. Try a different browser

### I'm not receiving the Daily Brief email

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Add @storescribe.ai to your contacts
3. Verify the Daily Brief is enabled in Settings > Email
4. Check that the current day is selected in Send Days
5. Send a test email from Settings > Email

### The dashboard isn't loading

1. Refresh the page
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Try a different browser
4. Check your internet connection

## Billing

### How much does Storescribe cost?

Three plans are available:

* **Standard:** $49/month ($499/year)
* **Plus:** $89/month ($908/year)
* **Pro:** $149/month ($1,519/year)
