# Understanding Your Stats

Each stat card on your dashboard represents a key metric for your business. Here's a deeper look at what each one means and how to use the information.

## Business Profile Card

**What it shows:** Your business name and city/state location.

**Why it matters:** This confirms you're viewing the right business data. Clicking this card takes you to **Settings** > **Business** where you can update your information.

**What to do:**

* Verify the information is correct
* If incorrect, click the card to [update your business info](/docs/account-and-settings/business-info.md)

## Content Queue Card

**What it shows:** The number of content items you have scheduled and ready to review.

**Why it matters:** Storescribe automatically generates content for you. This card shows how much is waiting for your review.

| Status    | Meaning                                              |
| --------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| 0 items | Check back soon - content is generated on a schedule |
| 1-5 items | You have content to review |
| 5+ items | Lots of content ready - check your Daily Feed |

**What to do:**

* Click the card to go to the **Content Calendar**
* Visit the [Daily Feed](/docs/content-studio/content-types.md) to review and approve pending content

## Online Presence Card

**What it shows:** The overall health status of your online presence.

**Status meanings:**

| Status | Meaning                                  |
| ------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| Good | Your website is accessible and connected |
| Issues | Something needs attention                |

**Why it matters:** Your online presence is how customers find you. Issues here can mean lost business.

**What to do:**

* Click the card to go to **My Presence** for detailed SEO, social, and brand audits
* Ensure your website URL is correct in settings

## Growth Trend Card

**What it shows:** Your engagement growth percentage compared to the previous week.

**Reading the percentage:**

| Trend          | Meaning                  |
| -------------- | ------------------------ |
| +10% or higher | Strong growth!           |
| +1% to +9%     | Positive momentum        |
| 0%             | Steady, but room to grow |
| Negative       | Engagement declining     |

**Why it matters:** Trends help you spot what's working and what needs adjustment.

**What to do:**

* Positive trend: Keep doing what's working
* Flat or negative: Review recent activity, check your Daily Feed for new content to post

## Weather Card

**What it shows:** Current weather conditions for your business location.

**Why it matters:** Weather impacts customer behavior and can inspire timely content. A rainy day might be perfect for an indoor promotion; a sunny weekend could drive foot traffic.

**What to do:**

* Use weather context when choosing which content to post
* Plan weather-dependent promotions or events

## Tips for Using Stats Effectively

{% hint style="info" %}
**Track over time.** A single day doesn't tell the whole story. Look for patterns over weeks.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Connect the dots.** Are you posting more content? Is engagement improving? Look for correlations.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Take action.** Stats are only useful if they drive decisions. Use them to guide your daily priorities.
