# Dashboard Overview

Your Storescribe dashboard is designed to give you a quick, actionable snapshot of your business at a glance. Think of it as your daily briefing - everything you need to know in one place.

## What You'll See

### Personalized Greeting

At the top, you'll see a greeting customized to the time of day, along with your first name and an encouraging message to start your session.

### Weather Card

A compact weather card shows current conditions for your business location, pulled from your business address. Great for planning weather-dependent promotions or content.

### Stat Cards

Four colorful cards display your key metrics:

| Card             | Color  | What It Shows                   | Links To            |
| ---------------- | ------ | ------------------------------- | ------------------- |
| Business Profile | Blue   | Your business name and location | Settings > Business |
| Content Queue    | Purple | Scheduled content items         | Content Calendar    |
| Online Presence  | Green  | Website and social health       | My Presence         |
| This Week        | Amber  | Weekly engagement growth        | -                   |

Below the cards, you'll find 3 curated news articles relevant to your industry. These are selected based on your business category (NAICS code) and updated regularly.

## Navigating From the Dashboard

The dashboard connects to all other areas of Storescribe:

* Click on stat cards to jump to the relevant section
* Use the sidebar to navigate to other areas (Content Studio, The Watchdog, Strategy Room, etc.)
* Click news articles to read full stories in a new tab
